Time is of the Essence

You're a genius inventor, or at least that's what people use to tell you. But now you're just an outlaw, and you're cornered.  You have no choice but to use it... Even though it's only 1976, you have already understood most of quantum mechanics while your peers are only starting to comprehend it's applications. And so you created the impossible: a time travelling machine which you used to study ancient history and predict future events. 

Yet now is time to leave for good, so what better place to blend in than a cyber-era filled with incredible technologies and where laws are as gray as your cat Gibbson?
